Terms and Conditions

Agreement

Lack of knowledge of this document does not exempt you from compliance with the terms established herein, and any breach derived from them shall remain under your sole responsibility. If you do not understand the language in which these terms are written, Synora shall not be held responsible. Furthermore, these terms shall be considered automatically accepted upon joining the server or using any of our services.

Synora reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Services

Synora provides digital products, licenses, dedicated deployments, subscriptions, and related services.

Access to the Synora platform and its premium features is provided as a paid digital service under a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license granted for the applicable period. Any payment is for access to our own platform and software features — it is not the sale or resale of any third-party product, and it does not transfer ownership of any software, model, or infrastructure.
Certain advanced features — including Multi-Agent (Multiagente) and uncensored models — are exclusive to the Pro+ plan and are not available on the Free, Basic or Pro plans. The availability of specific models and features may change at any time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify services.
  • Temporarily suspend features.
  • Remove functionalities.
  • Update systems.
  • Cancel products or services.

We do not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted operation, full compatibility with all systems, or continuous error-free access.

Interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance.
  • Updates.
  • Technical issues.
  • External attacks.
  • Infrastructure failures.
  • Third-party failures.

Payments and Access

All payments must be made using payment methods accepted by Synora.

A payment grants the user a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to access the Synora platform and its included features for the period associated with the purchased plan. The user is paying for access to our platform, not for ownership of any software, model, or third-party product. Access automatically ends when the paid period expires unless renewed.

Your account, subscription and access are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, lending, renting or sharing your account, login credentials or subscription — or allowing several people to use a single paid subscription without each paying for their own — is prohibited and treated as abuse. If we detect account or subscription sharing, transfer, credential sharing, or use of a single paid plan by multiple people, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately suspend or terminate the account and revoke the plan and all access, without any refund of the current or remaining period and without compensation of any kind.

By making a payment, the user confirms that:

  • They are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • They understand they are paying for time-limited access to the Synora platform.
  • They accept all prices and conditions established.
Synora is not responsible for money sent to incorrect addresses, wrong wallets, human errors during payment, incorrect payment amounts, third-party fees, or losses caused by user mistakes.

Payments may be processed in cryptocurrency through third-party payment providers. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address and for any network or gas fees. Due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies, the value of a payment may change between sending and confirmation; payments are credited based on the amount actually received and confirmed on-chain, and no refund or adjustment is issued for exchange-rate fluctuations, under- or over-payments, late confirmations, or transfers sent to incorrect addresses.

Synora may change its prices, plans, features and quotas at any time and at its sole discretion. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for; they apply to any subsequent purchase or renewal. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.

All transactions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of knowledge about the product.
  • Failure to read the description before purchasing.
  • Problems caused by the user's configuration.
  • Payment errors.
  • Transfers sent to incorrect wallets or addresses.
  • Suspensions or bans resulting from rule violations.
  • External incompatibilities outside our control.

In exceptional cases, Synora may consider a partial or full refund solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any refund request without providing additional explanations.

Any dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal made without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent suspension.
  • License revocation.
  • Blacklisting.
  • Restriction from future purchases.
  • Legal action if applicable.

Maintenance and Service Availability

Our services may enter maintenance, updates, or technical repairs at any time. A reasonable maintenance period of approximately 2 to 3 days is established for:

  • Infrastructure improvements.
  • Bug fixes.
  • Updates.
  • System optimization.
  • Platform protection and security.

During this period, no refunds will be issued.

However, if a service remains:

  • More than 50% inaccessible, or
  • Completely unusable for the user outside the reasonable maintenance period,

the user may request compensation or a proportional refund only for the lost service time. Compensation may be provided through:

  • Service extensions.
  • Internal credits.
  • Partial refunds.

Synora will determine the appropriate compensation method on a case-by-case basis.

User Responsibilities

The user agrees NOT to:

  • Abuse our services.
  • Attempt to breach systems or security.
  • Use exploits or vulnerabilities.
  • Distribute malicious content.
  • Use our services for illegal activities.
  • Attempt reverse engineering.
  • Clone, copy, mirror, rehost or create a derivative of the website, platform, interface or its endpoints.
  • Access the platform through unofficial, modified or custom clients instead of the official website, VS Code extension and CLI, or build, run or distribute any custom client, bot, wrapper or integration against our private or internal endpoints without our prior written permission.
  • Probe, scan, exploit or take advantage of any vulnerability, bug, misconfiguration or undocumented behavior of the platform.
  • Damage the reputation of the service or community.

The user is fully responsible for all activity conducted through their account, license, or access.

Any abuse of a vulnerability, bug or misconfiguration — including cloning or rehosting the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using unofficial / custom clients against our endpoints instead of the official website, VS Code extension and CLI without our prior written permission — is treated as a serious security violation and abuse of the system. It may result in the immediate ban and termination of your account and revocation of your plan and all access, without any refund and without prior notice, in addition to any legal action that may apply.

Any file that is not plain text/code will be automatically rejected. Files are limited to 500 KB per file and a maximum of 5 files per message. A security validation is applied to detect disguised binary content. Failure to comply with these rules or attempting to bypass security filters may result in account suspension.

Product Reselling

Reselling Synora products, licenses, or services is allowed.

This does not include API keys or API access, which are strictly personal, single-user and non-transferable and may never be resold or shared — see Section 10 (API Usage, Fair Use and Abuse).

The reseller is fully responsible for:

  • Their customers.
  • Support provided.
  • Payment management.
  • Issues arising from reselling activities.

Synora is not responsible for conflicts between resellers and end customers.

License Usage

Licenses provided by Synora are granted, not sold.

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke licenses in cases of extreme fraud or severe system abuse.
  • Limit activations.
  • Modify validation systems.
  • Suspend access if the stability or security of the service is compromised.

API Usage, Fair Use and Abuse

Access to the Synora API and any API key (prefix ntl_live_) is strictly personal, single-user, non-transferable and non-sublicensable. Notwithstanding Section 8, API keys and API access may not be resold, rented, shared, pooled, or otherwise made available to third parties, and may only be used by the individual account holder to whom they were issued.

The following constitute API abuse and are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling, renting, sublicensing or otherwise commercializing your API key or API access to third parties.
  • Sharing a key or account across multiple users, clients, applications, servers or organizations.
  • Using multiple accounts, keys, emails, IP addresses or proxies to circumvent rate limits, quotas, plan restrictions or abuse detection.
  • Sending an abnormal, automated or suspicious volume of requests, or an excessive number of requests per minute beyond the limits of your plan.
  • Bulk scraping, harvesting, mirroring or redistributing model outputs at scale.
  • Embedding the key in client-side, public, or distributed code where it can be extracted by others.
  • Using the API to build, train, or operate a competing or derivative service, or to resell the models' output as a commodity.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable or evade quotas, rate limits, brand-protection, identity, or safety filters.
  • Any use for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing or otherwise prohibited purposes.

We continuously and automatically monitor request metadata (volume, rate, IP, model, status — never your content) to detect abuse and protect the platform and its users.

If we detect API abuse — including any of the activities above, reselling, multi-user sharing, or anomalous / suspicious request patterns — we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Immediately revoke any or all of your API keys.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your API access.
  • Revoke, downgrade or cancel your plan and your entire account access.
  • Block the associated IP addresses.
  • Blacklist you from future purchases.

Any such suspension, revocation, downgrade or termination for abuse is applied without any refund of the current or remaining subscription period, and without compensation of any kind. The determination of what constitutes abuse is made solely by Synora.

  • Software.

  • Commercially exploiting any content without prior written authorization.
